LIVE Sound Bath, June 10 / 11:30-12:30P

Service Description

Come be part of a deep relaxation focused sound bath and be "bathed" in the frequencies of soothing singing bowls, joyful gongs, chimes, native flute, drums and percussion. We will begin with a 10 minute guided meditation followed by pure sound. Joanne Dusatko will be assisted by musician and healer Jen Aldrich. Sound baths can reduce stress and anxiety and aid in relaxation. The sounds help facilitate a relaxed brain wave state and assist the body and mind in letting go. Reflect, meditate or just have a great nap! Bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor. Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow for your head, knee bolster if you need one (a rolled up towel), a blanket for warmth, an eye mask, or personal crystals. If you prefer, chair seating is also available. No skills, abilities or beliefs required. Please come 15 minutes early to set up so that we can begin on time without interruption.
