Sound Bath Meditation Saturday, July 20- 6:30 PM

Come be part of a deep relaxation one hour sound bath meditation July 20th at 6:30 PM and be "bathed" in the frequencies of soothing singing bowls, joyful gongs, chimes, drums, flutes and percussion. We will begin with a 10 minute guided meditation. Joanne Dusatko will facilate. Sound baths can reduce stress and anxiety and aid in relaxation. The sounds help facilitate a relaxing brain wave state and assists the body and mind in letting go. Reflect, meditate or just have a great nap! Bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor. Wear lightweight comfy clothes and bring a mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow for your head, knee bolster if you need one (a rolled up towel), a blanket for warmth, an eye mask, or personal crystals.  No skills, abilities or beliefs required. Please come 15 minutes early to set up so that we can begin on time without interruption. Pay online to guarantee your place or pay at the door if we still have space.
