Group Sound Baths / Meditations
Sound baths use sound frequencies to affect the brain and the autonomic nervous system. This calms the “fight or flight” response resulting in relaxation, healing and individual enrichment.
At a sound bath, a practitioner will set up various instruments which participants will experience while sitting or laying down while fully clothed. Popular instruments used are crystal singing bowls, Himalayan metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and various percussion instruments.
The sound bath often begins with a brief explanation of what to expect followed by a short guided meditation to prepare participants in mind and body to receive the following sounds.

Sound Baths
-work through entrainment to synchronize brainwave states, often going from beta to a relaxed alpha or even more relaxed and meditative theta state.

Sound Baths
-require no previous experience, knowledge or beliefs.

Sound baths
-promote mental freshness, calmness, release from anxiety and deep relaxation.
